Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment, flexibility and mobility. My 1:1 pilates sessions are personalised to each person and exercises are regularly re-evaluated to ensure they are appropriate for you. This includes understanding our individual cyclical rhythms and how the maramataka can and does affect our cycles.

Due to the individual attention, this method can suit everybody from elite athletes to people with limited mobility, pregnant people, those with injury and/or low fitness levels.
