Class Tikanga:
Sessions are made for my māmā, Nanny Therese. She is 78 had a triple bypass at the start of last year. We restarted the classes to help keep that heart ticking another year.
I will give a range of options but all movements will be made for her abilities.
I ask that you have your mikes off for the entirety of the class.
